You can qualify w-2 buyers with only a
Verification of Employment (VOE) form
executed by the employer:
- 650 minimum credit score
- 75% LTV Max (Purchase) / 70% LTV Max (Refinance)
- 2-year employment mandated at business
- Max Loan Amount = $5,000,000
- VOE fully completed for 2-year employment plus YTD (year-to-date) by owner or officer of the company
- Verified employment at closing by telephone call or workplace certification with NO 4506-T
- First-time Home Buyers eligible
